Luke Farley grew up in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Law. His practice focuses on commercial and residential construction defect litigation; enforcing and defending mechanic’s liens; and representing commercial creditors in collections and judgment enforcement actions. Mr. Farley also maintains a small election law practice representing candidates in election recount disputes.
